Clinical Director Job: Goodheart Home Healthcare Services is seeking a Clinical Director/ Case director to join our platoon. The position is available incontinently at our home base in Springfield, Virginia. Call for immediate consideration.
Registered nanny( RN) with an active license in the state of Virginia.

The Clinical director Job is responsible for the oversight of all labor force and all patient care services handed by the home health agency, whether directly or under arrangement, to meet patient care requirements. The Clinical director ensures quality and safe delivery of home health case care brigades and services; coordinates case related services that reflect the agency’s gospel and high norms of care; and plans, develops, tools and evaluates agency quality services, programs and conditioning.
A person who’s a licensed provider, or
Is a registered nanny , physical therapist, speech- language pathologist, occupational therapist, audiologist or social worker.
Has training and experience in home health case services with at least five( 5) times of administrative or operation experience in home health.
Demonstrates accurate knowledge in managing patient quality measures within the home health assiduity;
Capability to communicate effectively with agency administration, administrative platoon, governing board, interagency departments and external coffers;
Capability to matriculate the cooperation of numerous people and platoon work in the effective delivery of patient healthcare.
Experience with SHP is a significant plus.
Familiarity with PDBG is a plus.
Directly supervises the patient care labor force to insure safe and effective care delivery of the home health cases;
Oversees and assists in assigning the labor force to patient care brigades and cases;
